• We started the year by appointing a new Executive Chairman, Tink Taylor, who is the Founder of www.dotdigital.com, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange with an ARR of over 40million GBP.

Tink, Leo Valenca imMail CEO, and Jason Michaud Chief Commercial Officer have a disruptive plan to change the AI Collaboration Market. The mission is to lead the AI Collaboration and Communication market, providing cost-effective solutions that adhere to global data security laws and the prevention of cybercrimes, workplace harassment & school bullying.

• imMail launched the first to market AI-Enabled Collaboration & Communication Platform with an easy to use interface that supports accelerated user learning & adoption. With an AI Engine that transforms real-time conversational data into useful insights to understand organization climate, productivity & learning gaps, compliance, harassment, and a variety of threats.

• imMail has multiple security layers, including SSL, AES-256, MFA & on-premise installations. This has helped accelerate our offering to highly secure organizations (government, healthcare (telehealth), banking (Customer Meetings), Educators (Remote Learning), and many other secure enterprises. • Our AI Engine and Security Layer development has been led by Raphael Del Ray, our Chief Data Scientist, whose company was acquired by Diebold after installing his AI Cyber Security Software on 40+ million machines.

• Our main competitor is Slack, who pioneered the collaboration market with success, mainly in North America. However, Slack was designed for the software industry, and the user interface has been made for IT developers that makes it difficult for general usability. imMail main differentiators are it's easy to use interface, can be white-labeled for resellers or enterprise branding, also can be provided via the cloud and on-premise installations, and last but not least we have an AI Engine that transforms conversations data into real-time insights to accelerate productivity, learning and keep organizations globally safe and secure.

1. AI ChatBot app that will be offered within other collaboration platforms apps stores (i.e., Slack, MS Teams, Zoom), allowing all organizations agnostic of the platform to transform conversational data into useful insights.

2. AI Meeting Bot will assist with the facilitation of meetings by analyzing meeting audio and facial sentiment, energy, and engagement, and also transcribe meeting conversations into actionable meeting notes into the language of each participant.
