SayHired facilitates the recruiting process by efficiently screening candidates for their sales abilities.Candidates apply to positions by recording responses to pitch prompts and/or question sets curated by recruiters. The responses are analyzed by our patent-pending engine for the qualities that the recruiter feels are most important to the position. Responses are ranked on a scale of 100 for each individual characteristic. Some examples of characteristics used to determine if a candidate is a good salesperson are empathy, friendliness, persuasiveness, or knowledgeability, among others. Once the scores have been released, both the candidate and the recruiter are able to view them. This way the candidate can learn from their previous applications to continually improve their sales abilities, while the recruiter can choose the best candidate for the position based on their scores. With SayHired, job applications go beyond the resume.
