Ludovic ANDRÉ is leading the North-American expansion of CM-CIC Investissement , the Private Equity arm of Credit Mutuel – CIC, one of the largest banking institution in France. He is also the President of the Canadian subsidiary CIC Capital Canada inc. where he has been the Director of Operations since 2010.

For almost 15 years, Ludovic has lead and closed more than 20 transactions in France and North America mainly in ICT and also in Healthcare/Life science , including Maluuba recently acquired in 2017 by Microsoft .

Before joining the Private Equity & Venture Capital industry, Ludovic ANDRÉ held several R&D and project management positions within Air Liquide both in France and in the USA. He holds an MS degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble and the University of Texas at Austin. He also achieved an MBA at HEC – Paris.
