The number of tourists from overseas has been increasing rapidly in recent years, but many have encountered difficulties due to being unable to understand Japanese. Removing the language barrier is a pressing challenge that needs to be addressed, particularly in preparation for the Tokyo Olympics that will be held in 2020.
