Ajay A. Bhave joined OmniGuide Surgical, Inc., in August 2016 as the Vice President of Operations. Mr. Bhave has over 32 years’ experience as an Engineering, Technology and Operations leader mostly in the medical device industry. During his career, Mr. Bhave has been instrumental in releasing over 30 new medical products in the global market, achieved $30M+ savings via value engineering & supplier driven productivity and has been involved with 8 successful acquisitions. Mr. Bhave most recently served as the Corporate Vice President of Global Engineering and a Company Officer at Natus Medical Inc., wherein he was responsible for all aspects of new product development from concept to commercial release to end of life. From 1990 to 2011, Mr. Bhave held various positions of responsibilities, starting as an acoustic design engineer with subsequent senior management positions in engineering & technology, supply chain management and plant operations, both at the local as well as global level at General Electric Healthcare.

Mr. Bhave holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lowell, Massachusetts.
