Amit Ramani is the Founder and CEO of Awfis, a new-age technology venture that is redefining the current business landscape by creating an ecosystem of workspaces for the small medium individual local entrepreneurs (S.M.I.L.E.) on a just-in-time basis. Awfis technology platform enables users to book work-desks, private cabins, meeting rooms, and business centers across India on a just-in-time basis for a flexible period ranging from 1 hour to 1 year. Awfis is the 2nd largest pro-working business in India with 2000 seats across Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai. Ramani is the member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) Delhi Chapter, which is a group of top 200 business leaders and owners in the community. He has been an active member of the International Facilities Management Association CoreNet for eight years and also serves on the board for the latter’s Charlotte Chapter. His contribution to the field of real estate and facility planning has made him the recipient of the prestigious IFMA foundation award three years in a row.
