Andrea Illés is heading the People Experience function in Europe, at Nokia. She is responsible for enriching the experience of Nokia employees across 40 countries at every touchpoint: managing all the common people services, ensuring seamless operations, enhancing the human touch through consulting, driving automation, and delivering services “on the ground”. Previously she was managing the HR operations in Europe being responsible for the SSC delivery and the transformation of the HR portfolio. Before Nokia Andrea was working in the legal and professional services industry for more than 15 years. As the Global Head of HR, she was managing the HR transformation and growth of the company. Andrea is a firm believer in human-centricity, she has a strong passion for transforming employee experiences into word-class excellency, working cross-functionally, creating true eco-systems while constantly maintaining a robust business focus in all of her work and initiatives – and through these to help organizations and people to grow and flourish.
