Andy has rich experience operationalizing systems, building go-to-market strategies, and developing teams & organizations.

Prior to joining GrowthX as our Project Manager, Andy spent 4 plus years at Google as a program & partner manager, working on a number of sleath projects within Google to help scale those operations, and, at Nest Labs, to grow their Retail sales business.

Before starting his career in tech, Andy worked nearly every position in the restaurant & hospitality industry, from dishwasher to pantry chef; and, no, it didn’t ruin his passion for cooking. Andy enjoys being active, being outdoors and learning new things (especially if that learning occurs as the result of travel!).

Andy graduated with honors from the University of California, Davis with a BA in International Relations and an emphasis on Latin America, as well as a degree in Luso-Brazilian Studies. Andy also holds an Advanced Project Manager Certificate from Stanford.
