Arjo is responsible making Service2Media’s customers successful through their execution on Mobile Strategy, increase mobile acquisition, boost customer loyalty and decrease costs of sales. He brings over 20 years of international software experience.Prior to joining Service2Media, Arjo was Director Customer Experience Strategy at Oracle. One of the world’s largest software corporations.Prior to Oracle Arjo was VP Business Consulting Services at Q-Go for 5 years. Q-Go was acquired by RightNow Technologies in 2011.Earlier, van Oosten was an entrepreneur specialised in problem solving techniques and he held a variety of leadership positions at international financial institutions over the course of 10 years prior to that time.Arjo holds a degree in health sciences and attended Rotterdam University of Business Administration.
