Ben Martin is the Executive Director and General Manager of Lenovo Data Center Group’s Professional Services and TruScale Services organizations. In this management role, he is responsible for the worldwide P&L for the organizations as well as business strategy and execution.

As a seasoned expatriate with over 20 years’ international experience in finding business synergies, Ben has lived in 7 countries and brings a diverse mix of cultural and business experience. He excels in driving collaboration for breakthrough performance of turnarounds and startups within Software and IT Services multinational corporations. Prior to Lenovo, Ben held several executive roles in sales, strategy and business transformation with Dell EMC.

Ben holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree from Massey University in his hometown of Auckland, New Zealand. In his free time, he is working to obtain his pilot’s license. He speaks basic Chinese, and currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with his wife and daughter.
