Bob Farrell has 25+ years of experience leading high-growth companies that provide software solutions to increase efficiency and strengthen customer service, and has strong knowledge of the financial services and logistics sectors. He most recently was President and CEO of Kewill, a global leader in multimodal transportation management and supply chain execution solutions.

Prior to his tenure as President and CEO of Kewill, he headed EDGAR Online as President and CEO, steering the global leader in business reporting software, services, and data through its successful acquisition by RR Donnelley & Sons in August of 2012.

Previously, as Chairman and CEO of Metastorm, he guided the leading provider of Business Process Management (BPM) enterprise software through its acquisition by Open Text in February of 2011.

Farrell is on the Board of Kitchen Brains, lending his expertise to a global leader in wireless M2M networking solutions and SaaS applications for the commercial kitchen/food service industry. He is also a Senior Advisor of Providence Equity focusing on the identification and management of investments in lower middle market technology-enabled service companies. In addition, he has sat on the Board of FolioDynamix, an award winning SaaS provider of investment management programs and wealth management platform solutions for financial services organizations, supporting it through its acquisition by Actua in November of 2014. He has also served on the board of I.D. Systems, a publicly traded leading provider of wireless solutions.
