Boris Treskunov joined Insight in 2016. He focuses on leveraged buyouts and majority recapitalizations in both high-growth and mature software businesses.
Prior to joining Insight, Boris was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he helped advise on numerous M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs, and debt and equity offerings. He has also previously worked as a Software Engineer at Google.
Boris graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.E. in Computer Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School. Outside of work, Boris enjoys exercising, snowboarding, watching basketball, and travelling.
