Carrina joined Invitae in 2017 with a charter to create a Client Relationship Management function. In just over 2 years, she has grown the team from 6 to 40 while also orchestrating a shift to an integrated service model designed to put customers first. With nearly 20 years in the Bay Area, Carrina has held roles across a variety of industries from EdTech to IT Professional Services and now Healthcare/BioTech. In addition to her experience leading customer success teams, Carrina has led inside sales and lead generation, marketing, professional services, and sales. She specializes in building new teams and functions and supporting a remote workforce.
