Dr. Catherine L. Wisner, also known as Cathy, PhD, FNP-BC, RN, CNP serves as Chief Clinical Officer at Advance Health. Dr. Wisner serves as a Vice President of Research Manager for SWR Worldwide. She serves as a Senior Researcher of Disease Management development, SmithKline Beecham, Managed care research, HealthPartners and Park Nicollet. Prior to joining Advance Health, Dr. Wisner served as the Chief of Clinical Operations for Health Right, Inc. and Director of Quality Management for Amerigroup. She served as the Senior Health Fellow in the Office of the US Surgeon General. Dr. Wisner served as Vice President of Clinical Quality of Minuteclinic, Inc. Dr. Wisner served as a Vice President of Operations at Minuteclinic, Inc. Dr. Wisner has over 20 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. Active on state committees including Health Technology Advisory Committee and Vice-Chair of the Medical Education and Research Cost task force. Dr. Wisner serves as a Board Member of the Minnesota Adoption Resource Network (MARN). Adjunct faculty University of Minnesota School of Nursing and Peer reviewed journal publications in health policy and medicine. Dr. Wisner holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health in Health Services Research, Policy and Administration and Masters of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University; ANCC Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
