Charles Albanese has more than 25 years of financial and operations experience in both public and private companies. He cultivated his senior management experience as part of the business team at AT&T Wireless Services for over 16 years. Charles’ leadership skills coupled with his knowledge of finance, audit, tax, security and real estate helped enable this start-up to become the premier wireless telecommunications carrier in the nation. Among his most significant contributions was the development and implementation of “bucket plans” which changed the way the industry billed customers for talk-time across the nation.

Charles also worked in other start-up ventures such as Opticality Corp. which developed and sold 3-D advertising displays, where he managed finance and created an account services team to support all domestic and international client relations. When Opticality transferred operations to North Carolina, he moved over to its sister company, Accoona Corp., a start-up internet company where he facilitated the acquisition and integration of three e-commerce companies valued at $87 million.

At Cambridge Management Group LLC, one of the leading pre-settlement finance companies, Charles served as COO/CFO, securing a $30 million line of credit and in a two-year time period doubled the revenue of the company and re-built the entire infrastructure including IT, policies, procedures, staffing, facilities and telecommunications.

When the company suffered a catastrophic fire, his disaster recovery experience enabled the company to be up and running within one week without loss of business or data.His key strengths include financial management, turnaround management, facilities administration, team / project leadership, security operations and systems implementation.
