Chris is the Executive Vice President of Customer Support at Ceridian, leading the team in servicing customers in HR, payroll, tax, managed services and Dayforce HCM. In this role, he incorporates innovative approaches to customer support backed by strong operational discipline to achieve high customer satisfaction.Chris joined Ceridian in 2004, holding a number of commercial and operational leadership roles during his tenure. His experience with Ceridian has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the HCM marketplace and an accurate perspective on specific customer needs. Chris’ involvement in building Ceridian’s customer support team in the US has been instrumental in the overall success of the organization and its reputation for customer service excellence.Chris holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
