Christina joined Cygilant in 2009 as Corporate Controller. She has more than 15 years of financial management expertise developing and implementing financial planning, controls, and reporting for high-tech companies. Previously, she served at Ecora Software Corporation (acquired by Versata, Inc.) as Director of Finance. She played an instrumental role in the company’s acquisition, actively contributing to investor meetings, and preparing financial due diligence documents.

She has held positions as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis for Cedar Point Communications, Segue Software (acquired by Borland Software) and Network Plus Corporation (acquired by Broadview Networks), responsible for the development of company forecasts, long-range planning, annual operating plans, and management reporting.
