Mr. Daniel T. Henry, Dan has been the Chief Financial Officer of American Express Company since October 8, 2007 and has been its Executive Vice President February 25, 2007. Mr. Henry is responsible for leading American Express Company's Finance organization and representing American Express to investors, lenders and rating agencies. He served as an Acting Chief Financial Officer of American Express Company since February 25, 2007. Mr. Henry joined American Express in 1990 as Comptroller. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of U.S. Consumer, Small Business and Merchant Services since August 2000. Prior to joining American Express, he worked very closely with American Express for several years in his role as a Partner with Ernst & Young, American Express' independent auditors. He has been a Director of Groupon, Inc. since May 2012. Mr. Henry graduated from Iona College and received his Masters of Business Administration from Hofstra University.
