Ian Chow serves as our Chief Financial Officer. He served as a partner of BDO China LLP from March 2015 to August 2021, providing auditing and assurance service for public companies listed on China and the U.S. capital market. Prior to that, from October 2010 to October 2012, Ian served as investment director at China Equity Group and was in charge of due diligence, risk control, and portfolio management. Previously, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Shandong Haiwang Chemical Co., Ltd from October 2010 to October 2012, and as the senior manager of Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP from May 2008 to October 2010. Ian started his professional career in PwC Accountants as an auditor in 2003, and engaged in auditing, financial due diligence, corporate M&A advisory service in IPOs, private equity transactions and cross-border M&A transactions. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Certified Financial Analysts. Ian holds a master’s degree from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
