Jianzhang Liang is a co-founder and CEO of Ctrip.Liang received his Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1989. In 1992 Liang became a registered member of the Institute of Management Accountants and National Association of Manufacturers. Liang returned to China and served as the head of the ERP consulting division of Oracle China in 1997. In 1999 he co-founded Ctrip with Qi Ji, Nanpeng Shen and Min Fan.Liang completed his Ph.D. Studies in Economics at Stanford University in 2011. In 2011 Liang served as a guest researcher at the National School of Development, Peking University. In August, 2012, Mr. Liang served as professor of Economics at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. In 2013 Liang was appointed as Chairman and CEO of the Ctrip.
