Jennifer Parker-Snider serves as Chief Financial Officer. She brings to the company more than 25 years of strategic planning, financial management, and global sales operations experience with both early stage growth companies as well as publicly-traded, multi-national organizations including Apple, HP and Arthur Andersen. She is responsible for all aspects of SpyCloud’s corporate finance, legal and human resource operations.

Prior to joining SpyCloud, Jennifer served as Chief Financial Officer at NSS Labs, an independent cybersecurity research and testing company. Before NSS, Jennifer served as Vice President at Click Security responsible for financial planning and sales operations activities. Jennifer was Director of Worldwide Sales Operations for HP’s $700 million Enterprise Security Products Group. Jennifer joined HP through its acquisition of 3Com and previously TippingPoint Technologies, where she served as Director of Finance. In addition to her 15 year experience in the cybersecurity industry, Jennifer has led finance teams for Apple in the Americas and Asia-Pacific regions and worked at Arthur Andersen in the Strategic Valuation Services Group.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Farmer School of Business of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.
