Joelle is a former plaintiff-side employment lawyer dedicated to helping companies build workplaces where diverse employees can thrive. As a Skadden Fellow at Equal Rights Advocates, Joelle represented clients and pursued policy change in the areas of sexual harassment, equal pay, and discrimination in hiring and promotions. Joelle draws on a background in social science to identify and address the structural barriers that prevent organizations from effectively recruiting and retaining diverse talent. Joelle is a graduate of the University of Southern California, summa cum laude, and Stanford Law School.
