Jon has 15 years of experience overcoming challenging business obstacles through process innovation and continuous improvement. With a strong foundation built with a Shingo prize winning team at Johnson Controls, Jon applied those lessons in a variety of roles with Newell Brands spanning from operational excellence to marketing services to global portfolio management to advanced developmental chemistry. He is currently responsible for S&OP, planning and strategy for 6 very different businesses, each with unique demand models and supply chain designs. In his spare time, Jon enjoys consulting with business owners and executives from a wide range of industries (including education, medical, entertainment, automotive and even youth athletics) who are seeking to improve value, accelerate growth and gain efficiency. Jon has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and currently resides in Nashville, TN.
