Josh has an extensive background in engineering from tier one consultancies such as Accenture and Capgemini to start-ups such as Block Matrix, EOS Infra, and Bottle Pay.


He has performed lead roles in all of the software development lifecycle including Lead Full Stack Web Developer, Technology / Cloud Architect, and Head of DevOps; In the past, he has architected fully automated and highly secure environments for the likes of HMRC, and has been involved in the blockchain world for the last five years.


His first interest in blockchain came in the form of a Monero website browser miner, with the intention of creating a passive income for everyone. He has worked with over 16 different blockchains to date, mainly as a validator and infrastructure provider, and works on the cutting edge of blockchain infrastructure automation.


In his spare time, he helps to develop the wider IT community by creating training courses for Pluralsight as an accredited Author, and he is also a Trustee of a Round Table Charity.
