Justin Doucette was the senior director of product management for Linksys and Wemo, a division within Belkin International. Doucette leads a team of product managers responsible for strategy definition and product development for consumer and commercial products under the Linksys and Wemo brands. Through consumer research, market analysis, and competitive landscaping, Doucette is responsible for the company’s product roadmap both tactically (0-24 months) and strategically (2-5 years). Working with cross functional leaders, Doucette finds the optimal ROI for new product introductions and existing product maintenance while driving top line growth and profitably by focusing on new business opportunities and improving customer appeal. Doucette and team build products that delight users and create opportunities for the division to meet organizational objectives. A six-year Belkin veteran, Doucette has held roles in both regional and global product management giving him experience with sales, channel, marketing, engineering, finance, supply chain, etc. During his tenure at Belkin, he managed a variety of product categories, including Wi-Fi networking, home automation, and audio/video. Before joining Belkin International, Doucette worked for Magellan GPS as director of product marketing with responsibility for outdoor recreation GPS devices, including software and mapping product offerings. Justin Doucette earned his BA in Geography at Syracuse University and his MBA in Global Business and Marketing at Pepperdine University.
