Karen A. Hill has served on the Bluelock board since its inception in 2006. She began her career with Touche Ross in Chicago, holds a BA from St. Mary’s College and an MBA from Indiana University Kelly School of Business.

Karen brings with her more than 30 years of business expertise including 22 years at Baker Hill Corporation (now Experian) where she served as CEO.

She raised three daughters, supported their schools and communities in various capacities and inspired Baker Hill to serve the community of Central Indiana.

Karen currently serves as Managing Partner of Collina Ventures and serves on the board of Conner Prairie Interactive History Park.
