Kelly Krumreich has held numerous leadership positions, both customer-facing and operational, in Cloud/SaaS technology companies over the last two decades, primarily driving growth strategies in both Sales and Services. She brings unique talents in program management, process engineering, change management and go to market planning, that combine to transform strategic goals into actionable plans that produce results.As VP Commercial Operations, Kelly leads a team whose mandate it is to drive operational efficiencies while helping the business to scale-up by designing and implementing processes and systems that enable growth.Prior to joining Coveo, Kelly held an executive leadership position with Stantive technologies Group, a Salesforce ISV, where she built alliance and marketing capabilities from the ground up. Prior to that, Kelly spent 10 years at Oracle/Taleo in numerous roles, initially implementing solutions for Taleo customers, then moving into operational roles to lead Consulting Operations, then on to plan and execute on a go to market strategy for mid-market growth.This varied experience has led Kelly to develop deep knowledge of critical business processes and the systems architecture required to enable a successful customer and partner experience.Kelly also prides herself on her family, as a mom of two, and her home in the country where she enjoys gardening, cooking, water-sports and hiking.
