Ken is CEO of PowerReviews, where he is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. Ken has more than 20 years of executive management experience in both private and public companies. Much of his career has been focused on sales, marketing and channel execution roles vital to revenue and profit growth, with an emphasis on building high-performance, customer-centric cultures. Prior to joining PowerReviews, Ken was most recently the CEO of Cast Iron Systems, the leader in cloud integration. While there, Ken led the company to a 10-fold increase in revenue, the acquisition of more than 700 new customers and the strategic transformation from a provider of integration appliances to an innovator in cloud computing. Key to Cast Iron’s rapid growth was its deep channel partnerships with market leaders moving aggressively to the cloud, including Amazon, Cisco, Dell, Google, HP, Microsoft, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Salesforce.com, and many others. IBM acquired Cast Iron in April 2010 as a critical piece of its cloud strategy. Ken also served as vice president of field operations at CollabNet, a pioneer in the collaborative software development space. He was instrumental in transforming the company's early strategy from an open source service model to a SaaS application sales model. During his four years at CollabNet, revenue increased by more than 400 percent and the customer base doubled annually. Before transitioning into startup companies, Ken served as vice president of North America sales for PTC, the leader in product lifecycle management. Ken led the successful transformation of field sales from a predominately CAD/CAM tool focus to a platform software sales model. Under his leadership, sales grew to more than $200 million. He also served in various general management positions at Amdahl/Fujitsu in both Europe and the US.
