Kim has 15 years of experience in software and electronic hardware design as well as deep commercial experience in the Aviation industry. She excels at strategic leadership, technical problem solving, and bringing organizations together to deliver business results. Kim maintains a track record of transformative results and business ‘firsts’, such as the first qualification of a GE Aviation casting supplier in China and launching the first software products for GE Aviation Engine Services at the 2016 Farnborough Air Show. Today, these software products are among GE’s most popular, by customer usage. A personal blockchain enthusiast for several years, Kim now leads blockchain initiatives for GE Aviation. She has engaged to create an ecosystem of collaborators in the industry, as well as led the first externally connected and deployed enterprise blockchain implementations with customers to track commercial engine hardware.
