Laszlo Kopits, executive vice president and general counsel of Amplify, has overall responsibility for all legal matters affecting Amplify, including commercial transactions, intellectual property, employment, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance. Prior to joining Amplify, Laszlo was vice president and principal legal counsel for Reuters America, where he oversaw a team of attorneys responsible for all commercial transactions for Reuters in North America.
