Dr. Li Gao is the first employee and founding member of Captora. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering, he drives the Captora infrastructure, services, devops, and analytics team. Dr. Li Gao brings to Captora over a decade of experiences in large-scale distributed, real-time SOA and SaaS development. He also brings to Catpora years of expertise in technical leadership, thought leadership, team management, project planning and execution.

Prior to Captora, Dr. Li Gao served as the principal architect at Proximex Corporation, a Tyco Integrated Security company. At Proximex, Dr. Li Gao led and drove the innovation of the PSIM security platform and services that secure the nation's critical infrastructures across public and private sectors. The platform also successfully secures some of most prominent international events overseas.

Prior to Proximex, Dr. Li Gao also serves various technical leadership roles at Zenprise, OSISoft, and Kesler.
