As the leader of the Global Ecommerce business, Lila is responsible for its cross-border e-commerce and shipping businesses as well as the integration of the recent acquisitions of Borderfree and Enroute Systems Corporation. Focusing on the growth of these businesses, Lila is helping clients advance their e-commerce businesses and reach consumers around the world. Prior to this role, Lila was the president of the company’s global production mail business. This includes the design, manufacture, installation, and service of print and mail equipment as well as driving client insight through data and analytics.

Before joining Pitney Bowes in November 2013, Lila was a partner at McKinsey & Company, Inc. In this role, she was the leader of McKinsey's Stamford office and focused on serving clients in the technology, media, and communications sectors. Her work spanned strategy, operations, marketing, and sales, working with clients to drive sustainable performance and build capabilities.

Lila holds an S.M. and Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Miami.
