Mark has more than twenty years experience leading global strategy, business development, and operations for early and mid stage software and SaaS market leaders, including SPI Dynamics (acquired by HP), SecureWorks (acquired by Dell), ControlScan (acquired by EchoSat), HP Software, Loudcloud (Opsware) and Model N (NYSE: MODN). He has had repeated success creating new categories and strategic partner ecosystems, to capture market-leading positions and scale companies from pre-revenue to $500M, and through IPO. Mark received a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
