Ms. Drennan is responsible for the Legal department’s day-to-day operations, including acquisitions, contract review, corporate governance, litigation, compliance, and intellectual property matters.

She previously served as deputy general counsel for high-growth tech-sector companies and led a legal division of a publicly traded company. Ms. Drennan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from Southern Methodist University. Melissa is a member of the State Bar of Texas and serves in leadership roles with the Association of Corporate Counsel and the General Counsel Forum, where she also served as the Dallas Chapter President.
