Michael previously served as CEO of Keystream, where he led the development of a platform for publishers and advertisers to create dynamic overlay advertising units to more effectively monetize video content.

Prior to that he served as President of Innovation Strategy and Growth for Interpublic Group's Mediabrands and was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Organic, Inc., where he oversaw the company's evolution from a 17 person shop dedicated to building websites to a 1,300 person team focused on digital marketing services.

Michael graduated with Honors with a BA in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
