As Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller, Mike manages global external and internal financial and operational reporting, accounting operations, and accounting systems.

Mike has more than 15 years of financial management experience, including banking, Big 4 public accounting, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Controller roles in both publicly traded and privately held companies.

Mike has a proven track record of increasing efficiencies in both financial reporting and accounting operations using technology and process improvements. Mike also has experience with international operations and implementing Sarbanes-Oxley.

Mike is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
