Liberatore is our Corporate Vice President, Investor Communication Solutions - Mutual Funds. He is the President of the Mutual Fund and Retirement Solutions business within our Investor Communication Solutions segment and is responsible for all aspects of that business. Prior to assuming this role in August 2015, Liberatore was responsible for the finance functions of the Company’s two business segments, as well as its corporate financial planning and analysis function, and treasury operations. In 2014, Liberatore served as Broadridge’s Acting Principal Financial Officer during a six month period prior to Young joining the Company. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Mutual Fund and Retirement Solutions business from 2011 to 2013, and was responsible for all operations of the business, including technology and financial results. Liberatore joined ADP’s Brokerage Services Group in 2004, as Assistant Controller of the Investor Communication Solutions business, and held several finance roles with increasing responsibility, including Chief Financial Officer of the Investor Communication Solutions business from 2008 to 2011.
