Morio Kurosaki started his business carrier at Intel Japan where he contributed to promote Intel as the worldfs largest semiconductor company. He is the founder of Aisys Corporation. The company has been supporting Silicon Valley start-ups in entering Japanese market since 1988. To incubate startup companies, he provides hands-on support on all phases of establishing operations such as strategic partnerships with Japanese company, hiring local management team, business development, etc. He has an incomparable network in both Japanese IT industries and executives in Silicon Valley. In 1999, he founded IT-Farm as one of very few hands-on type venture capital in Japan. He is also a member of ARM Asia Pacific Advisor Group, and board-member of public companies in Japan currently.
