Noel Kirkaldy is Head of Technology for Nokia Siemens Networks in the Middle East and African Region. Noel has gained close to 25 years in the telecoms industry, having begun his career working in Europe and the US he has spent the past 20 years based in the Middle East and Africa Region.

He works with operators to provide commercial and market-facing expertise and engagement support for Wireless Broadband end-to-end solutions. He has also been working with Regulators and associated organisations to enable the allocation of additional spectrum that will be required to develop the Mobile Broadband Market in the MEA region.

Noel Kirkaldy was instrumental in developing for the use of Wireless Technologies to provide Voice and Data solutions in a number of countries in the MEA region. As such Noel has contributed to Nokia Siemens Networks strong market position in the Middle East and African Region.
