Omar has 12+ year of experience in video event understanding, multi-media indexing, object tracking, and online machine learning. Prior to joining ClipMine, he was a Principal Scientist and Technology Leader at SRI International. Omar is also an Associate Editor for the Machine Vision and Applications Journal, and was the area chair for CVPR 2008.
