Patricia holds a degree in administration from ESPM, has Post in Social Sciences from HSPA-SP and an MBA from FGV. He began his career in the then Research International, a research institute of the WPP group, a school on the assunto. A curiosity to know the other side moved it to the client chair, served as Consumer Insights at Unilever Foods. From there he went to the Whirlpool, which has taken different positions: Market Intelligence, Product Development, Corporate Innovation and Brand Strategy. Then was delighted with the opportunities and challenges of the digital world and currently accounts for Market Research and Analytics in online business unit and Microsoft Advertising. There, help the team, agencies and clients in the identification and dissemination of opportunities for digital, always from the perspective of the end user - which has been the guiding principle of his career so far.
