Paul Sparta currently serves as Managing Partner of Acme Nova Partners and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for VBrick Systems.

He also serves on the Board of Directors of Branding Brand. Prior to VBrick, Sparta was Chief Integration Officer for SuccessFactors (acquired by SAP) a public company that provides Cloud-based enterprise HR software.

Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of Plateau Systems, a provider of SaaS HR and Learning software that was acquired by SuccessFactors/SAP.

Sparta has an extensive background in technology consulting and software. He is a US Navy veteran. He has authored several articles in leading publications on enterprise software and HR technology.
