Richard Auchinleck began his service as a director of Conoco Inc. in 2001 prior to its merger with Phillips Petroleum Company in 2002. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Canada Resources Limited from 1998 until its acquisition by Conoco in 2001. Prior to his service as CEO, he was Chief Operating Officer of Gulf Canada from 1997 to 1998 and Chief Executive Officer for Gulf Indonesia Resources Limited from 1997 to 1998.

Richard Auchinleck currently serves on the boards of Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. and Telus Corporation and previously served on the board of Red Mile Entertainment Inc. from 2005 to 2008.
