Richard Hsu is a Managing Director at Intel Capital overseeing investments in China. Richard is part of the investment committee that approves investments in the region. Based in Beijing, he manages a team of investment professionals located in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Xiamen. He is also responsible for the $500M Intel Capital China Technology Fund II.
