Richard has over 25 years of experience in business, finance and accounting. He has worked as CEO/CFO for both public and private companies involved in software technology, manufacturing and international sales & distribution.

He is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with additional prior experience as a National Bank Examiner with the U.S. Comptroller of the Currency, senior lending officer in commercial banking and has over 14 years of experience in business consulting, strategic planning and advisory services as well as establishing operational efficiencies in companies.

From 2002 to 2011 he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Strasbaugh, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer and led that company through a successful IPO.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking & Finance from North Texas State University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central State University of Oklahoma and has memberships in the American Institute of CPA’s and California Society of CPA’s.
