Rick Hansen is the Vice President of Customer Success at Weave, the premier customer communications platform for service-based businesses. He is passionate about creating world-class customer experiences through new and emerging technology. He’s experienced at scaling technology and customer experience in the US and international markets.Prior to Weave, Rick worked as Instructure’s Senior Director of International Customer Success and later as Vice President of Customer Success, where he oversaw a team of 300 customer success roles and international expansion of the company into 90 countries. Rick graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Political Science and received an MBA from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business.
