Stephanie Bess joined Investcorp in 2005 as Investcorp's senior legal advisor and is now General Counsel and Head of Compliance. Stephanie spent the previous eight years as a partner of the law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where, as well as managing their London office for several years, she worked on a wide range of transactions for Investcorp. Prior to joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Stephanie was a partner of the law firm Dechert.


Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School (cum laude) and a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania (magna cum laude).
