Stephen is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience. Since 2008, he’s been working as a private consultant, providing advice to quoted and private companies, start-ups and developed businesses. With a background in insolvency and fund management, he worked in corporate finance for over 20 years. Whilst in corporate finance he worked primarily with SMEs in sectors including; resources, oil and gas, software, biotechnology and early stage pharmaceutical companies.
