Susan Delaney is the Administrative Director of Division of Hematology at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She was the Director of Government Affairs and Policy at Coriell Institute. Susan supports the Institute's strategic goals by analyzing and reporting on federal and state legislative activities, and developing advocacy communications including position papers, comment letters, and testimony for legislators and key stakeholders to help shape emerging policy issues relevant to the Institute's programs in personalized medicine, stem cell research, and biobanking.


Prior to joining Coriell, Susan managed GlaxoSmithKline's research partnerships with the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Defense, and others agencies.


Susan earned her undergraduate degree in international relations and her graduate degree in public administration from the University of Pennsylvania. Susan has lectured on health policy development at the University of Pennsylvania's Fels Institute of Government.
