Ulric is an Entrepreneur, Investor and seasoned CEO based in London. Until 2019, Ulric was CEO of MATCHESFASHION.COM, leading global luxury fashion retailer for men and women which he transformed from a local brick and mortar company to a leading global e-commerce company and ultimately lead the sale for a reported 1 Billion $ in 2017 to a large private equity firm. Ulric also sits on the Board of Zooplus AG, European online leader of pet supplies with 1,6 billion€ in sales. Ulric also served on the Board of Paddy Power plc from 2012 to 2016 where he was appointed as a Non-Executive Director and seated as well on the Nomination and Audit Committees. During his time on the board of Paddy Power as Board Member Ulric worked on the merger with Betfair plc which lead to the creation of one of the the biggest online betting company with a valuation of $10 billion. From 2002 to 2012 Ulric was a Founding Partner of PIXmania.com, a 1 billion€ pan-European online retailer covering more than 30 products categories operating in 26 European countries, which was sold to Dixons Retail in 2006. Ulric is also an Investor in DtoC brands and BioTech/Medical companies. Born in Paris, Ulric studied in France before completing his degree in Economics in Montréal at Concordia University.
